Folks a plug for RMRV.com that got me back on the road after my slide wouldn't retract. My wife and I were traveling through New Mexico on a life break, while at the Trailer resort in Santa Fe New Mexico we found our bedroom slide would not retract. We called RMRV on Saturday afternoon of 3 day weekend and they scheduled us for Tuesday morning.
I feared the worst as the hydraulic system was working but the mechanical fastener in the slide frame had broken. RMRV had the fix done in two hours at a cost of $285, what a relief and it could have been so much worse.

Let me also throw a shout out to Cummins Rocky Mountain in Albuquerque. I had some service work done there recently. They have dedicated Coach Care bays and the Techs communicated with you before and along the way as needed. They are very conveniently located off I40 and I25.
