Pre-Purchase Inspection

New member here trying not to make expensive mistakes. Does anyone know of an inspection service/business in the Northern Va. area to perform a pre-purchase inspection for the coach complete?

I am looking at an '07 Inspire. It looks to be very well cared for. Has an aluminum radiator and needs a few tires due to age. Other than that I am in over my head. My last MH was a gasser. I have been looking at several manufacturers and have yet to see anything as nicely finished as this one.
