Water heater fitting leak

I have a leak where the output comes out for my hot water. I am not familiar with the fittings attaching the tubing to the plastic connection. It looks like the tubing has a brass ring that goes around it and fits up to the connection. How do I fix this leak? How to remove the tubing?

I will be in the Phoenix area on Monday. Maybe someone can steer me to a mobile tech that can help with my water heater leak, if it is not something easily fixed.

Chris Snyder reports for work Monday at CC in Junction City Oregon, I am going to miss him. But for those of us visiting the Oregon area his addition will help CC improve its service department. I wish all the best and extend my Thank You to him for providing dependable service for my coaches for the past 15 years in many different capacities. So I recommend you make the 100 mile trip to Tucson and contact Eric at Premiere Coach Service center. 520-624-2024

Tomorrow will be the 15th anniversary of our family owning Country Coaches. An 98 Allure, 30255, and a 2004 Intrigue 11731. I wish there had been the opportunity for a 2010 or 2011 Allure or Intrigue. But as I feel 5 more years will probably be the extent of our MH travels, I'll just keep plugging along with the Intrigue and hope between the Country Coach specialists out there she will still be running.
