Has anyone replaced the air conditioner compre...

You need to remove the compressor, expansion valve, dryer, flush the lines with a AC flush fluid available at auto stores, followed by blowing it all out with dryed nitrogen, if that is not available use compressed air, reconnect all pull vacuum for at least an hour on these systems with such long lines.
