Hurricane Hot Water System still hot after 3 days

Yahoo Message Number: 89672
I just noticed that the Hurricane Heater on my coach is still warm to the touch when I placed my hand on the outer cover of the unit. I turned off the house batteries and disconnected the power cord and made sure both switches were off on the remote panel. Anyone know why it stays warm for so long or is it getting some electric power from somewhere? Came back from a trip two days ago.
Thanks
Randy

You have the turn off the two 20AMP circuit breakers for the heating elements which are located at the main circuit breaker panel in the bedroom. What is your coach number. I have the 2003 36' Allure with the Hurricane, coach # 30856.

Larry,

That makes sense, I didn't realize the heating element stayed on even though I've turned off both heating switches. Appreciate the response. My coach is #30895, made shortly arter yours it looks like.
