Swap WEFCO transfer switch for dead IOTA transfer switch

Good morning!

Has anyone made this swap? I got the switch from CC. It is supposed to be a direct replacement, but is built 180 Degrees off and wiring is different. On wefco has a separate lug for each ground and a terminal on each leg labeled AUX where you would think the green ground might go.
