WET KIT & RADIATOR ISSUES

In buying an 07 Magna with the 600 CUMMINS, do I need to worry about the wet kit and leaking radiators or was this mainly an issue on Country Coaches with the smaller engine like the C9 Cat and ISL Cummins engine chassis...........?

I to have been looking at the magnas and have found the ptos still dry on the 07s unless upgraded by the owner. I talked to a guy who had an 08 and he had to have his wet kit installed so it appears the problem existed at least some time into 08. As far a radiators I have found the radiator specialties product used at least part way into 08 unless they used a cat engine.
