Deming NM, Good Eating!

For those folks traveling I10 and going through/stopping in Deming NM there are 2 Mexican restaurants that we've frequented a lot. They are some of the best we've visited (and we hit a bunch of them in our full time travels!!)

Bayshore (across from Wally World) has some of the best Menudo. Tripe is clean tender and cut small, good hominy to tripe ratio and the broth is outstanding. Also the chorizo ranks #1 with us also, usually beef but sometimes a mixture of beef and pork. We get it in the breakfast burrito. Ya gotta ask for it in burrito, not on the menu.

Irma's Down town, excellent chili rellenos, they use hatch chilies. Everything they have there is super from the camerones mojo de ajo to their fajitas. We eat food mas pecosa (hot) so you should ask about the salsas and make sure you order your cerveza mas frio, got some beer there several times that was not as ice cold as we like it.

From time to time we pass on some eating places that we really like!!
