2003 Magna sidewall construction

Has anyone seen a coach like this with the exterior wall removed? Are the structural supports (studs, frame, whatever you want to call them) made of wood, steel, aluminum? Are the right and left sides symmetrical except for where the driver's side slides are? I have had a sudden delamination of a portion of the driver's side wall, about two feet long, along a vertical seam above the beltline, just forward of the rear slide. This is a huge and very sad surprise, as we have never had any leakage issues with this coach in the ten years we have owned it, and have regularly maintained both the exterior and the mechanics. We do, however, live in a fairly extreme hot/cold climate and do not have a motor home garage. I want to temporarily use long tapping screws to secure the fiberglass until permanent repairs can be made, as this is not the time nor the place to try to get the correct job done now. Thanks in advance for any information.

I just went through this last winter. My 2008 Tribute 260 experienced nearly the same thing. The bulging occurred just above the water compartment door, and around the hot water heater access. In the end, I went to Country Coach and they removed the side panel and found that water had somehow made its way into the wall at the seam just aft of the left front slide. They had to remove the woodwork that held the hot water heater, and rebuild that compartment. Long and short of it was the repair was completed in three days, and I was there a couple of times each day to see the progress and approve the work. Along with other work that I had them accomplish, the total repair was less than $2,000. I was very happy with the workmanship, and feel that the issue could not have been avoided unless I kept the coach in an environment that didn't include rain. Country Coach did a fantastic job, and I don't believe, what with the extra workmanship that they put into it, that this will happen again.
