dash air 2000 Magna

Hello all, have a 2000 magna 36. 5886 . When driving with ac on pass side will sometimes make a load squalling noise, if you turn the fan speed switch up or down the noise changes with the fan speed. Has anyone had this happen, what was the fix. Thanks charles
