Drive shaft balance

I have had my 2008 Allure 2.5 years and done 12k miles, and now at 32k. I spoke with my service technician yesterday after his return from driving the coach to the MOT (UK Annual Vehicle Test). I had asked him to assess the odd vibration that comes up through the coach when under high load in lower gears. It is not horrendous just a noticeable phenomenon. As it has been there since I had the coach it's one of those things I have just accepted. Anyway he did notice it and his first thought was that the drive shaft was out of balance.
Well I read up on it in the manual and indeed the drive shaft is a balanced one and they specifically caution against applying any underseal or coatings to the shaft for this reason in the manual. So it seems he may be on the right track. I do not know if it was coated by the PO but will try to get under later today and see.
Has anyone had any experience of this issue?

I had same phenomenon. Have your tech check coach ride height. Mine was too high in the rear resulting in too steep of an angle which caused U-joint binding. Lowering coach by decreasing air bag volume solved the problem. Check with Country Coach for ride height specs. You can contact me offline for more info.
