Coach Camping in Boulder CO area

Yahoo Message Number: 94726
I am planning a visit to the Boulder CO area this summer (late June). Researching campgrounds & RV parks on the web and even those referred to by Good Sam and State/National Park web sites I am finding many are closed indefinitely due to flooding and other disasters related to last year's weather. I guess much the area is still in bad shape.
If anyone on the list frequents the Boulder area and can offer advice on any RV Parks etc. in the area that are currently operating I would appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks,
Mark M

There are really no RV Parks in Boulder County. We stay at Boyd Lake State Park in Loveland, about 40 minutes north of Boulder. It is a nice State Park, reasonable and quite. They have 50 amp power only. You have to move to get the water and use the dumps on site.
Here is a list of what they say are TV Parks, most are Mobile Home Parks that sometimes have spaces they rent to RVers.

St. Vrain State Park is partially open now and will be fully open sometime in May, following last Fall's floods. Golden Gate Canyon State Park is also near Boulder. Check em out here: http://cpw.state.co.us/
