Entry door REMOTE

One of my remote stopped working. I went down and got a new battery and still nothing. I called Kevin in OR and he said to send him the serial # off the controller but I can't find out where it's at -- I was told it was by down in front of the passenger's knees are but it's not there and someone else said that it's inside the front door. Goes anyone know????? Jack C

I have an 04 Intrigue and at the time our coaches were built in the same plant. My controller is on the floor directly under the storage compartment in front of the passenger seat. There is a procedure for updating or rebooting your remote. If you have the coach manuals it will be contained in the filing box with all the individual owners accessory manuals.

Thanks Tom, I'll look again didn't' see it the first time I looked . I'll also check in the manuals.

Mine is under the dash near the right-center up against the front bulkhead beneath the windshield. To access, I have to remove the cabinet (or maybe panel in your case) in front of the passenger seat.
