Mr. Lee is a smart man or he would not be where he is today. I think there were lessons learn from the past. And he will have a solid managment staff in place before his next departure..... Look at his current management team. Many, many years of excellent RV manufactruing experience among them...He will insure that they have his quality philosphy before leaving..
