I am thinking of ordering a new affinity, but question which tires would give the best result? Ride quality, wear factor, or other comments.

Michilen is a French owned company. That being said, I will say I have Toyos on my Affinity and my Toyota van. I had Toyo tires on a 2000 Affinity also. My Magna came with Goodyears and after two blowouts, I replaced them all with Toyos (1999) and sold the rig shortly afterward. Toyos are great as far as I am concerned. I have 18k on these. Your correct, Dale, Michelin is a French owned Company, but I made sure my tires were built in the good ole' USA. I could have bought the French ones for $100 per tire cheaper, but opted for the ones made at South Carolina based- Michelin of North America.

Glad to hear that there is a choice. I thought all of Michelin was owned by the French no matter where they are manufactured. Dale

I think that if you check carefully, you'll find that Michelin is owned by Goodyear. We have Toyos on the Beaver and they're just fine.
