Les Schwab Junction City

I had purchased 6 new tires from Les Schwab in Junction City, OR. in Aug. 2013. After leaving and heading down the Oregon Coast on or way to AZ. I notice a significant vibration in the steering wheel. Felt like a balancing issue. After have two shops in AZ tried to balance, dismounting, rotating some rears to front nothing changed.


Contacted Les Schwab and they said when I got back to Oregon they would see if they could resolve. Upon arrival John Edwards store manager informed me they were going to put 6 new tires on my coach at N/C.


Work was completed and I am totally pleased with the replacement tires. Coach drive like it did when I replaced the original tires. I am a happy camper now.


You will be hard pressed to find a business that stands behind their products and service.
