Replace NorCold 1200 w/ Samsung question

I need to get rid of our Not-So-Cold 1200 and want to install the Samsung RF197 that I see so often mentioned. I have seen refrigerator prices around $1,600 for the unit. I understand your costs would likely be different than mine but I really need to make sure about the funds before I begin. Does anyone have installation cost information they would be willing to share? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Paid $1150 for my SAMSUNG 197 at Home Depot. Installation charges vary depending on whether or not you need to add a PSW dedicated inverter and or extra batteries if you dry camp a lot. Also, depends on what they have to do to get the Norcold out and the 197 in. In my case, I have a really big window beside our eating table. All told, my fridge and install ran about $2K.

Ours was about the same 2K with custom wood on the outside of the doors to match the rest of the interior. Included removal of old and install of new, through the window above the couch. Took 4 guys for in/out. Erik Olstrom at Premier RV, Tucson, AZ.

I got my Samsung 197 from Best Buy and it was sent to Amazing Creations in Junction City, Oregon Frig cost $1049.00 and the install was $725.00 along with the install of a Magnum 2812 and new controller. They remover the large window at the table and took them just a little over 7hrs. and they did a great job.

We bought a Samsung 197 at Best Buy for approx $1300, and paid $2000 to Butch and the guys at Fountain RV in Lakeland FL, in early 2013. They did a great job. They took out the driver's seat and window and defogged it.
