HWH service - great experience

I want to let everyone know that HWH serviced my 2004 Intrigue today. I called about 2 weeks ago for an appointment. Since I had no time constraints the lead time was just fine. I arrived at 7:00 AM and they moved the RV into bay #4 for service. Now I should point out that this RV has never had decent service or upkeep and this was my way of trying to get in front of any problems. The service tech came out and we discussed my needs. He set about checking each of the systems and spent nearly 2 hours going through everything. When he finished he brought me a small list of maintenance items I could do myself. I then headed for the office to pay the bill only to find out that since they did not do anything the inspection was free! This IS real customer service and something I can honestly tell people about.

We also had great service at HWH. We did have a problem that took 4 days to find but they never gave up. The charges were fair and their customer service excellent!

I have also had exceptional service at HWH with Allure and my current Intrigue. Both times I called ahead and they worked me in their schedule. I arrived late and boondocked in front of the plant and they got me in first thing in the morning. If you get there before they close they have about 7 sites with water and electricity. Both times I had hoses that had burst and caused me to crank the slide in using the built in manual winch. They made the repairs in such a way as to prevent the same problem from happening again. Their charges were more than fair. I doubt you will get that quality of service any where else for near the same price. Besides, you know they have the technical knowledge and correct parts to make the proper repair.
Both times we drove at least one to several hundred miles out of our way to go there. The difference in their price probably paid for our fuel and the speed and quality of service alone was worth going out of our way to go there. I know they spent several man hours of labor than they charged me for both times. They usually had two or more people working on my coach and only charged me for one.
