No water for Hot Water

Currently hooked up to city water. I have water on the cold water side, but no water to the hot side.
I have cold water at all inside faucets, but no water at all on the hot side. I opened up the drain for the hot water side, but no water drained. Have not tried it yet with the water pump only. There seems to be a blockage somewhere. The Hydro-Hot has not been worked on recently and all was working last time the coach was used. any idea where to start looking for the cause of no water at the faucets. Thanks
