GFI in 2006 Intrigue?

Good Evening from Bend:

We just performed for three hours at the Sisters Oktoberfest then came back to the coach and I turned on the toaster oven and the little heater and it was too much for the passenger/kitchen side of the coach. We began looking for GFIs and can't find them. We knew where they were in our Allure but not here.

We have tripped each circuit breaker that is marked for that side but nothing is getting us back in business. The outside hook-up at the post is good. Everything is working on the driver's side.

Any clue? It is only the kitchen side.

Shirley, if you have a heated floor, it has breakers in the hall. Check them. Also, if you two rectangular panels just below, check then as well.

I just walked through our 40' 2006 Intrigue and could not find a GFI. We do however have a bank of fuses for the 12 volt system. On our coach it is two fuse boxes directly above the circuit breakers. You might check there.

I have a 2003 intrigue and there is a GFI breaker on the wall to the rear of the passenger side window in the bedroom. Mine blew when a tech was fixing my awning motor. The 2006 may be different than the 2003. Just a suggestion.

Typically, the 120 volt outlets are all fed (with the exception of the microwave) from the GFI outlet next to the bed. That is, in turn, fed from a breaker on the inverter.

On my 2006 Intrigue there are 3 breakers for the gfci outlets. They are located next to the bottom rectangle circuit breaker box under the cover along with the circuit breakers. 3 little gfci trips. This rectangle of circuit breakers is located near the bathroom door below the tank monitor guages.

Now, all is good! But, one CAN live with electricity on only one side of the coach. Morning coffee in the bathroom and fresh juicing on the dinette table! Who needs a kitchen?

Gary Obermire, Premier RV Services, saw my Yahoo post this morning and called me! How is that for service? (Well, we did buy the coach there!) On the 2006 Intrigue, there are no GFI in power receptacles. So, searching for them was futile. There is a little white bank of three circuit breakers which are directed to different places in the coach in the hall cupboard. One push down and up and we were back in business. So easy. Thank you to everyone who wrote and to Gary!
