front end alignment specs

Yahoo Message Number: 98017
HELLO EVERYONE. we are new to this group as we just purchased a 2006 Ovation 530 less than 1 month ago. We purchased it in Florida and drove it back to New York. We got the tires balanced and rotated when we got home but want to get a front end alignment. We have both called and left a message and emailed the contact info at Country Coach but have had no response. We were told that they were refurbishing coaches and we could contact them with our coach number if we need anything. Well we have had no response and we are wondering if there is actually anyone at Country coach. In the meantime if there is anyone with the spec information for alignment on our coach we would appreciate any help we can get. We love the coach and are thrilled to own a Country Coach but our dealer has been little assistance and we are looking for some advice and help.
We are so glad there is a forum for us who are new to Country Coach and look forward to our participation in the group. Thank you for any help we can get.

Of course there is a Country Coach. It is unusual not to get a response. Ask the receptionist to help you. Ask for the parts department. CC has always been available and responsive to me.
If you cannot reach Country Coach, contact Butch Williams at Fountain RV. He is a famous CC expert as he helped build many of them.
Also, Butch's brother-in-law, Kevin Waite is the West Coast Expert and Parts Guru. He can usually find, ship and give excellent advice.

David & Dennis,

Well I do hope you get better service than I have recently. I used their web site to send an email asking about something over a month ago and so far, no return or return email from them. It's been long enough that I even forgot what the question was. i tried calling, but the person I needed to speak with, was busy or gone for the day. I would say call and call again until you get the person that can help you...Good Luck

Congratulations and welcome to the Country Coach family! We have learned so much from this forum. We were in Oregon recently we called several places to get an air conditioner replaced. They were all swamped. We decided to wait until we got to Nevada to have it done. They will eventually call you back.
Butch Williams at Fountain RV in Lakeland FL might know the info or know somebody that does. (863) 984-9764 Also Kevin Waite in Oregon monitors this forum and might be able to assist. He is awesome!! We have our alignment done at Tampa Spring in Tampa FL. They have locations in Bradenton, Lakeland and Ocala. They are a heavy duty truck alignment company. They do a great job for a reasonable price.

Since you have had no luck with Country Coach Corp. responding, check with Oregon Motorcoach Center in Junction City --800-942-6860. They might be able to assist.

You can call Josams in Florida, they can give you the specs. You really missed a chance to get a super alignment at Josams in Florida while you were there, they are the best on the east coast. You really want a all position alignment (front tag, drive axle) If your plans include Florida in the future you may want to consider waiting till you get back to Florida.

Dennis,

I have always had very good responses from Country Coach. Try calling Greg Bootes at 541-234-2167, Greg has always been prompt and helpful with my needs. Greg should be able to send you your alignment spec's. CC charges a small fee for technical information if you are not buying parts or service from them. I don't mind paying a little for good information from a company that is struggling to make a comeback.

I have a sheet from Country Coach that has the alignment specs for my coach, a 2005 Allure 34'. I don't know if that will help you. Are they coach dependent or just Country Coaches? Email me if you want it.

Thank you to everyone who responded to our message on front end alignment specs. I think we are now on the right track as we have spoken to a receptionist at Country Coach and left a message for Greg Bootes in tech support. The phone number on the web page uses area code 514 with the same number 234-2167 and there is a message for voice mail to Country Coach. However Ron Jacobs supplied us with an area code of 541 and the number 234-2167 and we did reach Country Coach. Thank everyone for your help , we very much appreciate it. Special thanks to Ron. I hope we will now be able to get the correct specs for our coach. Thank again

thanks for the offer but we have a 42 foot tag axle so I think the specs would be different. Thanks

Dennis,

I had these specs on my computer and thought some of this might help you with finding what you are looking for.
