Don't know for sure on the Inspire's, but sure others will know...

On our 04 Allure, you remove the front frame trim piece of wood, and that lets you get in and remove a few pieces of wood blocks, that hold the TV within the cabinet. When you remove those, you should be able to pull the TV forward. Have some ready to help you unplug any attached wires...

Best of luck,

Dan,

Do you have the wood cabinet like the 2005 Inspire? If so, you have to remove the 4 wooden plugs around the front of the cabinet. These are only in there using silicone, not glue. They come out without much trouble. Remove the 4 screws that hold the frame and TV in place. Be sure you have someone helping as a soon as the last screw the whole thing will come down.

Hope this gives you some kind of help.

Dan,

I have a 2005 CC Inspire that I replaced the TV in. Not a hard job. You gain access through the two small cabinets on each side of the TV.
Remove the doors, remove the inside cabinet panels, they are just screwed in at the corners. Once the panels are removed look inside and you will see the TV mounting plate with four screws that hold the TV in place. You will need a good light and fairly long arms to get to the mounting screws. Once the four screws are removed the tv will come right out, so be careful! RJ

One thing to note. When I replaced a tv in our inspire with a flatscreen after the install I found the tv not viewable at low angles. I then needed to pull it back out and rebuild the mount to put some slope to the screen. I think it was just the tv but it would have been nice to have thought of the viewing angle before buying the tv. It didn't occur to me at the time.

That's one of the main reasons a LED is preferred over a LCD display and plasmas are superior in every case in this respect.  TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731

As a point of information  The LED feature is still a LCD display but the lighting behind the LCD pixels are LEDs verses other light sources. Bob. 06 intrigue. 12047
