Help with radiant floor

Yahoo Message Number: 99244
Hello,  We are on the road and can't get our radiant floor to turn on.  We've reset the breakers in the hall below the silver leaf panel.  Are there breakers or fuses anywhere else?

We just paid 180.00 to have the freshwater sensors calibrated but they a still don't work.  Is it possible that they messed up the floor function while trying to fix the sensors?

Any ideas?  We aren't going to be in one place long enough to get it worked on but it sure would be nice if it worked.

Thank You!

Not sure it will help but one of my floor heat grids also would not work. The neutral (white) wires behind one of the floor heat T stats had come out of the wire nut holding them together. Screwed nut back on, has worked great since.

If you have two T stats for floor heat, do they both come on and show the little heat wave icons? If so, they are getting power. You can remove the T stat covers which will reveal the wires behind them.

Just something to check.

Thanks for the idea Gary. We have programmed the floor on the Silverleaf successfully in the past but didnt know about thermostats. Our Silverleaf sets the temp from 1 to 10, not a temperature per se. We have searched for a thermostat but cant find one. Can you explain where yours is and what it looks like? Thank You!

My radiant floor T stats are located just below the two Coleman T stats that control the AC/Heat Pumps/Aqua Hot.  The radiant floor T-stats are off white with greenish liquid crystal displays. They display the actual floor temp and the set temp.

Thank you Gary. I understand now. Our floor is currently controlled exclusively through the Silver leaf. We don't have a separate thermostat. I have a feeling that will change in the near future.
