Bouncy ride

My 2001 Allure seems to be bouncing around quite a bit and I'm thinking it might be the shocks. While I'm the second owner, I'm pretty sure that nothing was ever done with them. While at an RV park a fellow CC owner mentioned to me that the shocks had a lifetime guarantee-Is that true? I'm pretty sure my coach came with the Koni shocks. Since I'm not real mechanical and have health issues that prevent me from doing most of my own work, I would really like to have an idea of what the coach needs as well as advice on where to take it to in northern OC-CA.

Thasnks, all

John & Carol,

I had a similar problem with my prior coach which was a 2002 Intrigue. I had Koni shocks which were adjustable. I had them adjusted to the "stiffest" ride position & also had my ride height adjusted to factory specification. These two items corrected the situation for me.
I would try this before spending the money on new shocks.

I took my coach to Henderson Lineup in Grant Pass, Or.  All they work on are Rv's and their riding issues.
Henderson's Line-Up Brake & RV Inc.
Had new shocks installed and other minor adjustments and we love the way the coach rides.

Good luck
