CC Magna w/Cummins ISX 650

Anybody else having trouble with the ISX dropping valves? We bought the unit and drove it 2,600 miles. Engine started running rough about 40 miles from home. Had it towed to Cummins NW. Latest estimate is $31,000 although Cummins is supposed to pick up about $10,000 of it.
This is the second time it's happened, the first was at 19,032 miles, then the turbo went out again about 1,000 miles later. We bought it at 42,000+ miles and it now has 44,000+ miles.
Good, strong running engine, mileage was 7.1 on the VMS and that included the Grapevine, Tehachapi and stuck in CA traffic and towing a Honda Odyssey.
Love the rig, just can't afford to rebuild the engine every 25,000 miles!
