Replacing Halogens with LED's

Yahoo Message Number: 100515
I want to replace my 10 W halogen G4 puck and 20 W flood light bulbs with LED's to save energy. The discussions I have seen here are not specific enough for my needs. I am attaching pictures of the specific "puck" lights and flood lights that came with my coach below.  I want to know exactly what LED's bulbs to buy and if any modifications are required to the fixtures, or whether the LED's plug right into the fixtures. I have read that in some cases you have to remove the reflectors from the puck fixture?

Some direct links to specific bulbs would be appreciated.

Or should I get this type which is more the shape of the original halogen?  Pixnor 5pcs Energy-saving G4 DC 12V 1.5W 24 3014 SMD LED Bulbs LED Lamps... For the 20 W floods it would have to be the latter type given the way the bulb inserts, I assume.

Will I have to modify the fixture for either type?

I am assuming "warm white" is the closest to the halogens?
My understanding is that there are big levels in quality of LED bulbs. Some are voltage regulated. Some have rectifiers. What do I need to get in this regard? Does it really make a difference?

The first link is the one to use.

You can go on D H Gate and order these for a lot less money and they are  the same.
Be sire the ones you order are dimmable  if that is important to you.

while i did have to nip about an eighth of an inch off the ends they fit in the old puck and still can keep the lens on.

Jirahled.com had a booth at the FMCA convention in Pomona, and carries a good line of quality LED lights. For puck lights, user 0840-B32-R5 for in-line.1240-S45-R3 for off-set, and 2430-B45-R5 for wedge based sconce lights, including dimmable lights. No modifications of the fixtures is required.

Thanks all. Mikee, do they need to be dimmable if I do not have  dimmers?

No they do not need to e dimmable. I mentioned it because I know someone  that converted and was upset because the ones they bought were not dimmable.
