Operating Temperature

My 98 Intrigue runs at 210 degrees and I was wondering what other Intrigue temperature ranges are? I have a Cummings 350 ISL. I have replaced both thermostats with 191 degree ratings. Just wondering if this is normal. I bought the Coach in 2009 and it has always ran the hot. I even changed the sending unit thinking it might not be accurate but still the same. Any thoughts?

Not really sure you have an ISL in a '98 coach. Anyway, your temps should run around 195 to 198, same as the thermostat. The gauge can have an error of 10% and the sensor could have an error of 10%. Combining the errors, you could easily see the 210.
 I suggest you clean the radiator from the inside and see what happens then.

You undoubtably have a cummins 8.3 mechanical or possibly ISC 8.3 if the electronic model only 1 thermostat on a 8.3 of either iteration and the thermostat will determine operating temp if all other systems are operating correctly  (fan controller, fan hydraulic motor, cooling system.  Later versions of the Cummins 8.3 operated at higher temps to meet epa guidelines for emission control and added EGR systems  1998/99 generally you will see the thermostat temp rating on the gauge under most operating conditions.

210 is pretty typical. Most of today's diesels run from 195 to 215. On a  lot of engines the fan does not even engage until 220.

Have you washed the outside of the radiator stack lately?
 A lot also depends on where the temp sensor is mounted, on the cool side of  the cooling system or where the coolant leaves the engine.
