Drop Floor Doesn't Drop

Hi All,

I am writing this for a friend who is stuck with no internet service. He has a problem with his 2003 Country Coach Magna 42' with a drop floor slide out. He is trying to retract the slide and the floor will not drop... He has spoken with HWH and they went through their system and the problem has been narrowed down to whatever activates the floor to drop so the slide can retract. Any ideas or experience with this problem and where the actuator might be located and what repairs may work solve this?
