Cat dealer in Fishersville--Outstanding

We had some serious low oil pressure oil issues to include the engine shutting down, horn did not work, curtains in front would not work, low air pressure in tires, lost dip stick and filler cap.

These issues were dealt with during a time they were very busy, but Dana the Service Shop Supervisor rearranged schedules to help us ur travel schedule.

All issues were resolved, by Dana searching thru-out Virginia for scares parts. Very happy with the service. If in the area and have need they will do the job correct the first time.

There was no issue, but the sensor sent false data indicating low pressure to the computer that caused the engine to shut down. The sensor was replaced .
