gen start

The Silverleaf in my 2003 Affinity provides for a way to start the gen set. Mine will no longer do it. It does contain the auto start it does not work either.. CC says the PC board attached to the Silverleaf black box is an Onan product and therefore they are unwilling to warrant it. I am able to start the gen set from the bedroom and from the gen itself, however, no juice into the coach. Strange.
Onan had a board at their factory but not in any stores close. I am now waiting the 10 days they said to get it.

We had a very similar problem with our 2002 Magna - Silverleaf offered this temporary solution. Unplug the power leads to the Onan board, then re-connect them. This apparently "re-sets" the board and the auto gen start works again (at least for a while). Then CC installed a later version of their software last summer at the Class Reunion Rally, and solved the problem (so far).
