Skylight skin replacement

I need to repair my leaking skylight (in the shower) and rather than just recaulk my old one, I'd prefer to replace the outer smoked skin since it is starting to look a little brittle.

I have looked at the EZ Tops website and they will make whatever I need but wanted to know if any other CC owners have used other sources?

I ordered from EZ Top and had it installed 3 years ago. Works great.
