Rear axle seal

I have gear oil dripping down the inside of my inner passenger side dual tire. The inside of the wheel rim is moist as well. Brakes are dry. I assume this is the inner seal? Anyone had this problem? Is it a major repair? Can any decent big truck shop handle it?

we had all seals replaced, and they cleaned brake drums, put new brake shoes and replaced fluid in rear end with synthetic.

Heavy duty truck suspension facility. Some done at Freightliner in Joplin MO and the other when we returned home at Tampa Spring, Tampa FL.

Book says replace seals at 150,000 miles. Ours failed at about 100,000 miles.
Don't remember the cost but we do have the receipt we can dig out.
