Magnum Opus 3010 circuit board and corner shower top rubber

I am trying to find a circuit board for a Sealand/Dometic 3010 Magnum Opus 12V toilet. I understand it has been discontinued for almost 10 years.
Also I need the top rubber (wheels run on the rubber) for my 1/4 circle corner shower. The rubber is a (T) with the long part going down.

Norb, I have attached a file which show my purchase of the part you describe. The price is shocking but what can you do. The removal of old and install of new is pretty easy and the shower door now rolls smoothly.
