Landrover Discovery

I know this is a heavy vehicle and not your normal TOAD but would like to know if anyone out there has ever towed it four down behind a CC or any other coach.
May have opportunity to get a pristine gently used Discovery to replace our non towable second vehicle but may not consider it if towing is not an option.

Thanks

Used to tow a Range Rover behind my Bird with satisfactory results.
The discovery

is equaly towable and should cause you no trouble. They are pretty heavy and pretty slow however.

Dave: Free advise is often worth what you pay for, but as a former auto dealer for several years, here's some: Talk to some Discovery owners before you buy one. You have a Honda now. These vehicles are at opposite ends of the spectrum, Honda being the best and....you figure the rest!
I've handled several of them. Frankly, if you can buy for half of wholesale book, maybe consider. Consumer reports lists them at the bottom. Owners list them at the bottom. They are trouble waiting to happen. Give your Honda a hug.

Towed a 1995 Land Rover Disco. It was a great vehicle and loved it. Wife wanted something smoother to ride in so we switched to a 01 Yukon. Used the Disc four wheel drive out west off roading and it was quite a kick. It far surpassses any other vehicle for off road trail riding. Was very easy to tow. Used neutral for the transmission case and park for the transmission setting.
