Extended Service Plan - worth it?

Yahoo Message Number: 105690
I've been doing some reading and researching on ESPs and wanted the group's opinion.
1.) I would prefer exclusionary - but apparently that isn't an option for some of the plans.
2.) Good Sam is out - my 2007 with 82,500 miles won't count.
3.) Looking at Wholesale Warranty - which looks like a broker for a bunch of plans - they quote $2000 / year comprehensive.
4.) Any "gotchas" - i.e. things that aren't usually included but are expensive?
5.) due to the cost of doing a 42' DP - should I get a separate towing policy? If so, who?

Extended warranties from vehicle manufacturers have worked well for us. Warranties from 3rd party companies left us in the lurch.

I'd want to be very sure of the warranty company settlement history. Thus far, I never felt confident enough about any of them to buy one our motorhomes. We did keep good maintenance records and those indicate that having the warranty would have been about a break even situation for us.

Maybe so one else has knowledge of a reliable source. Please post your findings!

Agree with michael joyce 100%. Have one on our 2011 Edge, 5 year policy, sold by the dealer with CNA. Coverage has paid back 168% so far.
