Water leak in compartment

We have a 2008 Country Coach Inspire 360 sienna. While getting ready for our upcoming trip, I decided to extend the Generator, upon opening the compartment door, I notice the compartment was flooded with water. Assumed maybe I got the water in there while washing it. Cleaned it all up, and today it is raining. Decided to check out the compartment. It is flooded again! I can see water dripping form the wire harness on the top of the compartment. This harness is approx. 3 inches in from the side of the coach. Any ideas as to where this is coming from? I had just inspected the top two days ago, and all looks good. Maybe it is from the front left rearview mirror at its base, I know it is a power mirror, and maybe the seal is bad and wires go to this harness?? Any input is greatly appreciated.
