Hello all:

I wanted to thank you for the group add in. We have been part time since 2007 when we purchased our first new class A. Yes we made the first big mistake! While it was a great choice and had little issues, we took a bath on resale.

Since we have been RVing, we had always liked the County Coach brand. We especially like the Crane Prairie version. We have always has a bath and a half, so this choice would fit our needs. When we first looked at a CCCP when it was brand new with a sticker north of a half million. If we had the money, we may have paid it, but we did not! LOL.

So since 2009 we have been seeking a used CCCP in good shape at a price we could afford. Well, we got lucky about two months ago and did find our dream coach. One owner, based in Ontario, Canada and traded in on a $1M+ Prevost (Liberty Coach) in Florida. It had 62K in miles, but in great shape.

We are so happy, and pleasantly surprised how good this MH is. Once purchased without service records, I decided to take it directly to CC in OR for a complete baseline (Bumper to Bumper) service. In general, we got a great coach, no complaints. Everything is original, no modifications. Our biggest cost items to date are the entire replacement of the exhaust system, steering bell crank, wet PTO kit, peal and seal, full re-caulk of all windows and a 3 inch DS cap crack repair that required paint. We also upgrade the entire A/V systems, all three cameras, in dash radio plus charging stations for apple products. Also added a BBQ and freezer to the basement. Hope to get it back by the end of the month, waiting on steering parts and maybe shocks.
