Water Heater Installation

Hi Alex, I saw no signs of any water intrusion, but the space is very small and I could not see the side towards the rear of the coach, but the wood I could see looked pristine. I will look into replacing the heater when I do the repairs. I am waiting until it's much warmer, I do not winterize the coach, but rather keep the heat on with the temp set at about 50 degrees. It's just a little too cold for these old bones to do any extensive work at this time.
