Galley Slide-out Wood Trim

Does anybody know how to remove the rear pillar on the galley slide-out? I am assuming this is the way in to remove the crown molding. I need to remove the crown molding to touch up some blemishes in the wood veneer. I've attached a picture for reference of the pillar at the aft end of the galley slide-out. I am familiar with removing the front pillar, I've done it a couple of times already.
