HELP WITH AN AQUA-HOT PROBLEM

I have a 2007 Country Coach Magna, I need help with my Aqua-Hot it has a three zone heating zone, zone1, is the bed room, 2 the bath/center of the coach and 3 the living room/kitchen. My problem is when the heat is turned on in zone 3 everything works fine for about 10 minutes, then the heat from the vent by the stove turns cold and the bathroom heater gets hot. If zone 2 is turned on the living room/kitchen gets hot and bathroom get cool. (Help) I can't seen to find anyone that knows anything about an Aqua-Hot with three zone heating system. This does not including the basement of the coach heating. I've called everyone to help, but can't find anyone that knows anything about this system.

First be sure the coolant is full, not just in the reserve tank, but in the unit itself. Do this when the unit is cool. Remove the radiator cap and check the level. Thee next thing to do is smack the check valves to wake them up. Use something like a hammer handle or something to jar it. They tend to stick. They are located at the top of the AH the heater hoses connect to them. There is one per zone. Feel the hoses to be sure both are hot while the heat is running.

I assume you are running this on diesel while doing this as the electric will not keep up to heating needs.

Let me know after you do this and I will help you with where to go next.

I have an Aqua Hot system with a three zone thermostat but only the zone 1 and 3 works the Aqua Hot heating system. The only reason for the 3 zone thermostat is for the air conditioners. My coach is 45 feet with 1 1/2 bath and the zone 1 controls all registers in the living area from the center bath forward and zone 3 for the rear bath and bedroom. Didn't know they made a 3 zone unit. Just my 3 cents worth...

The 3 zone unit is usually 2 heating circuits from AH and one of them has 2 blowers controlled by separate thermostats. Usually the bath and bedroom area are on the same how water circuit

My Magna is 45 feet with one bath as I indicated. I called Country Coach in Junction City and Premier RV also in Junction City. They said they didn't know of a three zone  thermostat system only two. Now I am asking for help, it appears that it was initially put together that way from the indication I am getting.
Currently, I am looking for someone that has a diagram of the Country Coach three zone Aqua-Hot system. Do you have a diagram or know someone that does? If so, please provide me there address.

Sorry Willie, my unit only has a 2 zone heating and an engine preheat. There is a check valve on your unit for each zone, mine has 2 and as indicated earlier they do stick. Mine are brass elbows coming from the unit and there has been a couple times I have had to tap on one to unstick it. The 3/4 inch radiator hose coming from it should be hot when unit is turned on. I always have to use my diesel burner for it to be efficient. Good luck in your search and keep us posted!
