Had an interesting experience at Camping World. We purchased a "Never Kink" hose a number of years ago, wife keeps all receipts (usually). Hose has a Lifetime Warranty. While at CW asked the cashier the process for replacement, figured would need to contact manufacturer. She said no, they would replace it. Told her we wold look for the receipt but may take awhile. She said no problem she could look it up if we were members (we are). Got a call from her about a hour later, she found it. Brought the hose in and they gave me a new hose!! In the past just didn't want to bother, tossed the hose and bought a new one.
