propane door latch, '94 Affinity

Need latch for propane door on '94 Affinity. Need handle and mechanism. Purchased one from Winnabago/CC, Wrong size, only sent internal and it is way to big to fit into the hole. I have tried contacting them but they have not answered my email or telephone calls. Any suggestions?
