On our coach, there is a junction box / switcher in the dash. If you don't know how to access the dash (for a 2007 Intrigue at least). The dash cap directly in front of the driver is a separate dash cap. There are two screws between the dash and the front dash cap. I use a small ratchet with a #2 Phillips head in the 3/8 socket - because its a tight right angle. Once you remove the screws the dash cap lifts right off. Under that cap you will see the video feeds from the rear/left/right going into the switch box and a video line going out to your radio/av screen. To troubleshoot, you can swap the left and right feeds. If you see the right camera when you hit the left blinker (because you swapped the feeds) then you will know that its either the camera or the video line are bad. You can also directly connect the side camera to the video input of your radio (or the line that goes to the radio) and see if it works. If it doesn't you know its the camera or line and not the switch box. To further troubleshoot if its the camera, you can access the camera on the driver's side from the side drivers control panel which is removed by removing the screw from the cupholder. Hopefully this helps you troubleshoot.
