X's 2 on giving Tom a shot at pricing some Lifeline's for you.
I've worked with him twice now. House Bank of X's 4 L16's about 6 years ago. And earlier this year to replace my Chassis with an 8D.
Tom gave me great support as I walked thru the options of which batteries to go with. And a reformed CC owner, now in SOB Prevost conversion - so he knows our language:)! Nice man.
Lifeline's are a good battery, and more important to me, they're a good company to work with. Due to we suspect some bad settings I had established on my House Bank charging/maintenance, pretty sure I 'walked my batteries down' by consistent long term undercharging. When this robust bank started showing signs of loss capacity, running equalizing/conditioning runs against them to try and break up sulfation, was too late...
Even though I was out of warranty, and also had seemingly self inflicted the damage - Lifeline offered me an attractive price on replacement batteries. They're installed now, and I've been working with Magnum Tech Support on reviewing/changing my settings to better serve them:)!
All that being said, for AGM look for FullRIver distributors - as that would have been my second choice for AGM's. If going with Wet, hard not to consider Trojan... Still waiting for more info on Crown Wet and new AGM's (Trojan also now has AGM's, same on waiting for some longer term usage.) from the RV'ing and Boating community usage.
Best of luck to you,
Smitty
