City water supply connection

Removing City Water supply connection: Took the four screws off the connection and getting resistance when pulling. Do I need to take off the whole panel or is the hose in back of this connection just being difficult?

Removing the panel, on my hydrohot equipped coach, was a heat exchanger to keep the water bay warm. Nice.
