Lights for toad

Trying to hook up the lights for toad and the turn signals work but the brake lights don't work. The brake lights work on the coach. Where are fuses located on a 2001 Intrigue 36 foot coach.

I'm not a CC owner but if your coach brake lights are working it seems like your problem is not a coach fuse. It might be a 7-way connector issue. I would make sure you have power when the coach brakes are applied in the proper pin position on the connector. If you're getting power trace it to the toad from there. It could be a ground issue as well.

Mine is broken at the mounting bolts on one side. I need to get a new one and change it out. At some point I will have a bigger problem like blowing a fuse if I don't. Good luck.

Gene, there is a tow board with fuses and relays on your coach. Usually in the engine compartment but could be inside in the bedroom under and behind a drawer in the rear. Try turning on the turn signal or 4-way flashers and see if you can hear the relays.

If the board is in the engine compartment it will be a flat black box, open on one end with two bundled sets of cables going to red plugs. The box is usually on the passenger side and mounted on the ceiling of the engine compartment or mounted on a vertical surface on the passenger side.

You can use a 12 volt test light to check the coach side trailer plug.

Thanks everyone. Tow board box was under the bottom drawer. Checked all of the fuses and removed the jumper and re-installed. All lights now work.

This is a great bunch of people on this group.

Definitely check the Tow Board...

I chased my tail for hours and it turns out my Tow Board was corroded.

Ordered up a new one from Kevin Waite and all problems were solved.
