Storage door locks

When I push the door lock on my key fob, or the switch next to the entry door.
Almost all of my storage door will lock, but a couple don't.
Is that electrical connection part inside the locking mechanism? I do see a push pin
Type connection on each door, but I cannot figure out how that works.

Also, it seems that there is almost no adjustment on the door catches to the "L" bracket
To keep the storage door secure. A couple of them are difficult to latch.

Anyone else have this problem?

I have same problem with my door locks on basement. But those "pushpins" are actually pin switches and they operate your lights in basement. If anybody needs pin switches I have them just call me or private message me .

I have been told that the problem is behind the cover on the inside of bay door. There is a mechinism (not sure of the name) that is crap. Problem it is hard to adjust and there is no replacement.

Had the same issue. Went through each inoperable latch and found sticky or misaligned nylon slides / steel catches (sorry if my terminology is not correct...) the nylon slides are in the storage bay doors and the steel catches are affixed to the coach body - mine are black in color. I lubricated the nylon slides with a Teflon lube. I find that I still need to use my leg to push inward on some of the bay doors until they "click". Mine all lock as long as the slide/catch mechanisms are aligned.

I don't think all of the bay doors are meant to latch automatically, i.e. battery compartment. At least that is the way it seems to be on my Magna.

Right inside the front door there is a switch marked "bay locks" Also, when you start the coach the locks on one side of the coach lock.

I'm have trouble with my electric switch unlocking bays. I have to us the key. Talked to Greg at Country Coach yesterday and was told the The is a fuse in the Bay Area. That's tomorrow's job finding the fuse.
Anyone else have the problem?

I have had problems with the lock motors failing, so I talked the motor mfg. into selling me several motors so I can repair the switch assy. I will sell some of them to others if needed. They are not availuable from the source any more.
