There are several solenoids and relays to check along with all the other stuff being suggested. Here's what I have on my 2000 Magna.
The ignition solenoid is activated when the key is turned on. You can check if it is working by turning on the key and looking at the fuse panel in the front run bay under the driver's seat. There are 3 rows (vertical rows or better, columns) of fuses with indicator lights. If the center row is not lit then the ignition solenoid was not activated.
There is a solenoid under the rear of the coach, passenger side that can be seen by looking up around and above the mud flap. There is also a 30 amp inline fuse on the output side of that solenoid. If that solenoid or fuse is bad, no power will go to the starter. Power for activating that solenoid comes from the neutral start relay on the VIM. The VIM is in the front run bay.
The locations I point out may not be the same for your coach but your circuit diagrams should help you locate these items.
