Having trouble with door jam switch, has three wires

I have the kwiee 42 series step and a carling door jam switch.  the black wire coming up from the step control goes to the switch in the door and the ground wire comes down from above I asume.  I cant find the brown wire they are calling the CAP wire.  any help would be appriciated.

It would help to know what year and model coach you have.

On my 2000 Magna, the switch has three wires but one of them is blanked off and not used.  Perhaps your switch doesn't use a third wire.
