Drivers Side SLIDE issues

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the driver’s side slide on my 1998 CC Magna. I’ve contacted a CC repair shop, and they’ve asked me to locate the HWH control box, but I haven’t been able to find it yet.

The slide will extend and retract if I manually turn the valve on the solenoid for each direction, and I’ve got a friend helping me with this. However, when I use the dash switch, I only hear a clicking sound, followed by a motor running, but the slide doesn’t move unless the valve is manually turned to operate in the opposite direction.

I recently replaced one of the solenoids, and the slide worked fine for about half a dozen cycles before it stopped again.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, last night, the charging gauge on the dash and other related displays showed no input—no AC power, nothing. I’ve already pushed the red reset buttons in the rear compartment near the Webasto heater and noticed that the three white buttons in the box above weren’t extended. I pressed them anyway, just in case a breaker had popped.

I’ve confirmed there’s power at the supply, reset the breaker on the pole, and even unplugged and re-plugged everything, but there’s still no change.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!f

thank you in advance.
Lonnie

I’ve got a water problem and I don’t know how to use this site. I don’t know how to get my request to the right place and I’m sorry I can’t help you out.
